Email addresses to complain?

Hi guys

I need to send a complaint to disney (first time ever) re my booking and how I wanted to make a change.

I contacted UK disney who I booked through, completely unhelpful and US disney literally as bad

so now I want to put it in writing to both of them, does anyone have the email addresses? Cannot find any only phone numbers and am not ringing again

Before you do may be worth checking your t’s and c’s and check you are in the right.

If you are and 100% and normal email does not get you a response as I have one that will go straight to the ceo’s PA but only if you are 100% in the right.

Yes I believe I am correct and also working in audit for a global accounting firm I do check all small print.
I will give it two working days to see if any outcome re normal email route, if not satisfactory I will take your direct email please.

I had to make a complaint last year due to issues we had when onsite, after talking to the manager of the resort and getting nowhere I tweeted them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They contacted me direct within 24 hours and it was sorted with an acceptable outcome. Maybe go down that route. Good luck.

Hello

We were caught up in the Animal Kingdom pool closure issue last year and the email address we (and loads of other on the here) used to complain was:-

WDW.DRC.Guest.Services.Coordinator@disney.com

Depending on the issue, and if you want someone to call you to talk through options, include your phone number in your email. We got a call from someone from Customer Services in Orlando after about 24hours and she sorted our issues out straight away

Oh sorry. I’ve just rechecked my sent emails and it is slightly different, some in capitals and service not services. Need to get new reading glasses 😆. Try the address below, this is definitely the one I used that I got a response to. The cast member that helped me out (and lots of others on here too) was called Chylah, she was fantastic!
