IKEA mattresses
Can anyone recommend one please?
Is pocket sprung better than memory foam? The former is more expensive though?! |

My son has the mid range pocket sprung one and it is so comfortable. I would highly recommend it. Personally I dont like memory foam as it retains heat and I like a cool bed.

Ooh this has put the cat among the pigeons as I’d convinced myself memory foam was better.
Thank you for your review |

Pocket sprung with memory foam topper!
Where we stayed in France had brand new mid-range Ikea mattresses and they were really comfy |

I feel the same way about memory foam, it’s not my preference for a mattress.
My DDs bed mattress is an ikea medium sprung one, it’s decent and didn’t cost loads (I reckon we’ve had it for about 7 years). |

Hate memory foam, too hot. DH with an underactive thyroid loves it.

I've just checked and his is a hamarvik. He's only 11 though and I think if I were buying one for an adult I would go for the slightly more expensive one.

Thank you, this is for my sone who is 11 too. But I’ll check out the more expensive ones too as hoping not to have to replace it
Thank you - this is incredibly helpful |
