I know there are lots of these threads but where are the best off-site eats? We love our cocktails so that's a must. We won't have a car but happy to uber. We are split staying between Margaritaville and Sapphire Falls. We don't mind doing some ribs/burger places but would be nice to try Mexican, Italian, Japanese etc etc. We like independent restaurants over here but appreciate that it's more likely to be chain spots in the tourist areas so open to recommendations

For Mexican - CityWalks has antijitos which is one of my favourites. Margaritaville's always a winner and if you want a quick japanese fix there's sushi fusion on the top floor of CW (no cocktails but can grab a beer - more quick service style!)

On IDrive there's Chuys (TexMex) and of course Olive Garden is always a solid Italian bet. I watched this video recently and it gave some good ideas (for me anyway):
