True Crime Documentaries

What are everyone’s best true crime documentaries?

Mine are

1. Paradise Lost 1,2,3
2. Making A Murderer
3. The Staircase
4. The Jinx
5. The Vow

I’ve probably missed loads.

I love a murder documentary, however I find some of them go on too long. I start to lose interest if they go on for longer than three episodes and so I’ve never finished the staircase and I forced myself to watch all of Making a Murderer as everyone else was watching it. That’s me with pretty much any tv show though, it’s not often I’ll watch a full series of anything as I don’t have the attention span.

The Keepers? Is that the one about the nun? It was good but very anticlimactic. I’ve not seen the cats one. I never got round to it. One day I will

I liked (right word?

) Night Stalker on Netflix who was an absolute deranged psychopath who made the Yorkshire Ripper look lazy in terms of how many he killed. No one was safe unbelievable.

Not strictly a documentary but I am hooked on The First 48!

It was always a USA/Canada holiday watch but loving I can watch here!

The golden state killer and the disappearance of susan powell,both fascinating.Also the jinx,was shocked by that!

Long Shot on Netflix, 40 minutes long.
Outcry on Sky box sets, 5 episodes.
Two of the best true crime documentaries I have watched.

And without spoiling it there was an actual " ending" to both of those documentaries I mentioned, it's disappointing watching real crime documentaries when you don't get an outcome.
