June is much busier than September. Very crowded due to US holidays
Weather is similar but September has greater risk of Hurricanes |

We were at Universal for the last week of June this year so also there for the weekend before 4 July. We found the crowds manageable and we did not have FOLP, never queued longer than 30 minutes for a ride and food places were not too busy with the exception of Chocolate Emporium which had a hour and half wait (so we went elsewhere).
It was very hot though and we had quite a lot of rain in the evenings. Not just a quick shower, more prolonged spells |
