I bought this for DH:

Which is a DJI Osmo and was wondering if anyone knows whether this:

Would work with it. Or can anyone recommend something that does the same job for a similar price.

Yes it has the GOPRO mount which I think the OSMO camera shares.

The Gorilla Pod would work as yes the Osmo Action uses the same mounting system as GoPro

I'd also throw amazon/Manfrotto-X...041827&sr=8-12 into the mix - if your DH is going to be hand holding the Manfrotto will be much more pleasant on the hands.
