There's no date yet, they've both been delayed as Disney shut down construction during Covid. At best guess, I'd say at least summer next year, if not autumn.

We don't know. Disney hasn't said when they will open, not even a rough idea. I think all they have said is that they will open during the 50th Anniversary celebrations which last until April 2023.

My guess is that Tron will open in Spring 2022 and GotG will open late summer / autumn 2022 in time for Epcot's 40th anniversary. Those are just complete guesses though.
