ADR Not Showing on MDE

Hi everyone,

I’ve got 2 ADR’s for our trip in May, but only 1 is showing on the MDE app. When I login to the website I can see both reservations. I’ve tried to link it on the app but it just tells me that it’s already linked, which is understandable if I can see it on the website.

Any ideas as to how I can get it to show on the app?

I think the app is just temperamental. I have precisely the opposite problem, it is showing up dozens (slight exaggeration) that I booked then changed. It is all ok on the website, I am sure if it is showing up there it is fine. Wish they would sort the app out though as I otherwise like using it.

I’ve seen that a few people have been having problems since the new year, but I made these ADR’s in November and the one in question has never shown up. I know as long as I’ve got my email confirmation I’ll be fine, but it would be nice to see it on the app along with everything else.

I also made (and chopped and changed) my bookings in November and it definitely has not been working as it should on the app since then. I keep logging out and back in hoping the app would update but it hasn’t so far.
