What 'must do' things at WDW do you suggest?

Hi, we are going back to WDW at end of July as a couple and have not been there since 2004 when our kids were little... just wondering what ''must do'' things you suggest we incorporate into our schedule. I know some things remain the same but would love to know your suggested favourite things to see are as I'm sure it will have changed quite a bit since we last went.

I did a lot of googling before we went to pick where we wanted to eat as good Ian a massive part of my holiday. My fav places on site were tappen edo in Epcot, yak and yeti in animal kingdom, be our guest in magic kingdom and mama Melrose in studios but we didn’t get the chance to eat out loads as we had young kids with us. There are so so many places we wanted to go but didn’t get to. Off site we love Joe’s Crab Shack on I drive ( if you like shell fish ) and you can’t beat a bit of I hop.

My favourite rides in Disney world Florida is

- pirates of the Caribbean

- test track
- toy story mania

My favourite character to meet in Disney world is
- belle

My favourite rides in universal studios is
- the amazing adventures of spiderman
- dudley's do right ripsaw falls
- jurassic park river adventures

My favourite beach in Florida is
- clearwater beach
