Recommendations for places to buy running trainers?
After three weeks in the parks etc it's safe to say they aren't the freshest and could do with a new pair. Hoped to get another few months out of them.
I would need somewhere that know what they are selling as I need strong arch supports. I'm staying in champions gate and don't want to spend a fortune on them. Ideal sub $70-80. Can anyone point me to some places? |

Do you mean to run in or just for the parks? Do you wear a stability shoe and know what make/model suits?

It is for running in, although I use them for walking. Which has resulted them in being 'park shoes'.
I'm not sure what's classed as a stability shoe. When I started exercising about a year or so ago I developed plantar fasciitis. I went to a running shop who gave me recommended running trainers. Saucony guide 9. Essentially they have a strong arch support. I'd be looking to replace those. |

New Balance store on the 192 heading towards Highway 27 on right side of road. The whole shop is dedicated to running gear.

Try Asics at the Premium Outlets at the top of I Drive, they do great trainers and reasonable prices for most of them

Stability is to correct pronation (under or over, I forget which way round). If it was me, I'd look for more Saucony Guides - IMO when you've found the running shoe that works for you it's good to stick with it while it continues to work. Therefore I wouldn't go to a branded shoe shop that only sells its own shoe (unless you go to Saucony!) but you could try Rack Room Shoes for deep discounts. No guarantee they'll have your model though. Alternatively Fit2Run would work (I find them expensive though) or a regular sports store?
