Amazon music trouble

Does anyone here have Amazon music? I’m trying to set it up but it keeps telling me I’m missing important information so I need to go to my library (I haven’t got one yet) and sort it. I’ve been through all my account, updated everything that might help but I still have the same problem.
Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

Could it be missing payment information? As it's a subscription service you need a valid card on file.

I've checked and even done the one click setting. Didn't resolve it.
