I just can’t see how the travel industry will survive this.
We’re due to take DS12 to DLP in February but with all the tests, it just won’t be worth it. We’ve only paid £700 for the actual holiday. I’m not paying half of it again for tests. Starting to wonder if my children will ever get another holiday. |

I feel the same, our son is 12 in January. We do have portaventura booked for end of august next year, this has been moved several times. TUI do a good deal on tests but I’m not keen on him actually being tested. I suppose we do it ourselves so that might help as I could take my time with it but I’m hoping it’s not needed by end of august next year!

Our breakfast news just claimed that France already changed the rules, and the sanitary pass will be for adults only.
Can't find any information online just now, but you might want to wait with cancelling |

If it helps for those travelling this summer I’ve just read that the french health minister has announced that ages 11 & under are exempt from needing the pass & for ages 12-17 it won’t apply until 30th August.

I just hope it all gets sorted soon over the AZ vaccine they are not recognising or there will be a lot of disappointed families this summer and so on.

Great news.
So does that mean no tests every 48 hours for kids. If so that's great news.
