Alamo drop off/pick up time

My flight times have slightly changed from what they were originally and I've already done skip the counter. We now land at 15:35 and have booked a car for 17:00 I don't have any idea how long it'll take from landing to getting to the hire car but if we get to the hire car before this time will we have to wait till 17:00? Also on the way home we have booked to drop the car off at 14:30 but our flight isnt till 18:35 if we were say 30 mins or and hour late dropping off will this matter?

The times you have are estimates, so the hire company can see roughly when you will be arriving.
When you pick up the car, you will be issued with a new contract which will show the actual time of pick up, and as you are charged on 24 hr blocks it should show the return time required.
So if you picked up the car at 1600 you drop it off by 1600, and both these times should be on your contract.

Your new contract will also state the hourly charge if you bring the car back late.
