Lost 3lb last week and 1.5 this week. First time in a long time that I've managed two losses in a row, feeling a bit more motivated even though they weren't as big a loss as I'd wanted.

 A pound off is better than nothing though. I'm the same a pound a week if I'm lucky but am a stone down now. It's taken its time but I know it would be more than a stone on if I didn't try to keep my eating under control. Good luck for next week. Unfortunately I put on 4 last week hoping to lose it before my holiday.

Lost another 2lbs.
It's slowing down and I doubt I'll get to the target I originally wanted in 37 days or whatever it is now but I'm going to really give it a try ! |

Well done everyone!
Im still stuck at the same weight but my shape is changing my bottom is defo smaller! I think with the exercise im building muscle now! Although im so tired from work and now doing overtime on Saturdays that not much exercise is going to happen but we will see! Keep going everyone! |

For the first time in more years than I can remember, I am under 10 stone
 I've had to buy some new clothes, most are 12 but I have a size 10 denim skirt! Colour me happy

But yet again ive weighed in the same not shifted a pound in four weeks However I am changing shape areas are defo smaller what can I do to loose my remaining weight? Help please! |

Lost 2lb this week so should be happy but considering the 4 on last week not so good. Still finding weekends so difficult to control my eating. I feel constantly hungry and nothing satiates it.
