Which is what we do. I was trying to explain to the PP that they didn't need to go into a shop in the US if they didn't want to, and that it is possible to buy from here, online.
As as aside, it has massively helped our son (attachment disorder and other specialist issues), who is broadly on the spectrum.

i found that place to be ridiculously expensive when i went there looking for something else the other year. i worked out that after their obligatory "buy 2 get one free" offer or whatever it was they were pedalling, i could get something like 200 tablets of what i wanted for $20
the same stuff at walmart was $8 for 150 tablets they sell melatonin at dollar stores in amongst all the other random tablets (ibuprofen, etc)... nipping in one of those (or a cvs/walgreens) on the way to the outlets is probably a better idea than buying at the outlets |

I developed sleep problems when I took up residence in the ICU for just short of 3 months. I was givenj pretty heavy sleep aids which didn't help.
IN a later hospitalization, a nurse recommended using melatonin instead ( I needed to rest my body clock after 24 hour lights). I was quite sucessful using it but it resets your body clock to get to sleep, not insure sleep. I also have some health issues and am diabetic and blood thinners. Melatonin had no effect on either. As with everything, I talk to my doctor before putting it in my mouth. When my kids were young I had a friend who swore by Benedryl for a flight with children (for the young kids). Benedryl will make me much sleepier. |
