1hour 6 mins on hold and counting, any tips appreciated

As the title says I have now been listening to that glorious Disney music for over an hour. I’ve called the 0800 169 0730 number, all I want to do is add 1 more night at the start of our stay next July as we secured flights for a better price a day earlier than expected. I appreciate there are others with more pressing time frames but I don’t want to find that Pop Century is then not available Any advice on trying other times/ways greatly appreciated. You cannot modify by e-mail request either apparently and I did wonder whether to just book one night separately if I cannot get through.

Phone exactly (to the second) when lines open and you should get straight through. Or do the callback option, which you should get when they tell you the expected wait time.

Alternatively, since it's at the start of your stay... book a cheap night at an airport hotel or anywhere else offsite, and then check into Pop at 7am the next morning. Dump bags with bell services and head straight off to the parks.

Select the call back option. I did this last week, the waiting time was about two hours and they called me back in just over two hours.
