Landry card not arrived yet

and we go in less than a week. Although I have received emails from them they do not have any reference number on them. Any suggestions of what to do please?

Login to your account using details you signed up with and there will be a card number on your account.

Download the app and again use sign up details and use the app instead of card.

My Landry's card arrived the the day after we flew. I had no problem using the app for priority seating or points redemption.

Both I and DW have cards
We never carry them with us but just use the app to show our card number
Never had a problem
Sometimes just show a screen shot of card

If you do want an actual card, log in and select "request new card"

In the "state/province" field, make sure it says "United Kingdom" as well as your County. My first card never arrived but after inserting UK (advice from Dibbers) a new card arrived quickly!
