Idahoan instant mashed potato lovers

Our family love Idahoan mashed potato, especially all the lovely flavours, so we bring back many many packs when we visit Florida.

This week I saw Idahoan instant mashed potato ( in several different flavours) in Asda. Not in the American section but in the main aisle in packs designed for the UK market. It is still made in America from real Idaho potatoes, but it looks like I'll be able to save space in the suitcase in future trips.

Was looking at it intrigued the other day. I think I might give it a try.
