Ooooo i like this thread
 . Im going to say Oct 2023 (around Fall/Halloween). Due to the sheer size and volume of the park, i can see them wanting to get this right, hence the time allowance. Ill certainly been looking forward to watching the youtube vids from Timtracker (and others) when they start construction, all the way though to the finishing product. My kids will be pre-teen age too by 2023 so good age group compared to their current age  xxPS: Better get saving!  xx
