das being computerized?

Hello, hope someone might know, I've heard on a couple if threads that the das is to be computerised by end of the year, does anyone know exactly how? Will the return time be booked like fast pass instead of having to go to the actual ride? Tia

i did read a article yesterday but no information was clear as to when it will be put into place and how it would actually work

you probably read the same or a similar article ?

I read something about the card being replaced later in the year and the DAS card being replaced with in a magic band style/ format with a possibility of more kiosks being made available around the parks to book timeslots for rides, but it was all very vague and still a lot of speculation around it all

That looks really clear and sensible, there has been some confusion up to now to how the DAS works amongst CM's.

Lets hope it works like that in practice!

Just need to retrain our son to go through first (something he hates), but I am guessing he will adapt if he knows, it will be a while before we go back now.

Yes thank you for posting that info, can I ask is there always a cm at the outside of the line for a standard line? They don't do this at dlp and I've not been to wdw many thanks
