At the beginning of the year we decided to sell 2 of our contracts and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who posts information on this board, I was able to read about others experiences and tips and it helped make it a smooth process for us.

Also a big thank you to Jason at Buy and Sell DVC who makes the whole process really easy for an international seller and recommended the FIRPTA specialist.

The pandemic has made us rethink a lot of things and whilst we still love Disney we probably won’t go as often as we did and our small Poly contact didn’t go very far now the points charts have changed again.

Anyway, I’m not a big poster more of a lurker, but I really do appreciate all the time that many of you take to share things on this forum and the DVC board, so THANK YOU 😊
