I've gone QS only in recent years, so has to be Satu'li in AK. And honourable mention for Casey's in MK for the nostalgia.

I only do one or two TS meals in a trip now, generally not at park restaurants. Although I used to love Garden Grill and would still recommend.

Tiffins would be my Signature choice, park or not.

I don’t reckon much to many Disney restaurants.
I like Wave but Mrs YT not so keen.
Columbia Harbour House is a must quick serve, and the chicken pot pie with Mac n Cheese side is lovely!
We like Yak and Yeti (inside), never had a bad meal and it’s our kind of food.
We also like 9 Dragons.
We like the Japanese quick serve at Epcot, and the Mexican. Both OK, the Japanese has a very nice garden area to sit in.
Many of the Signature ones are overpriced for what you get. Last one of those I went to was 2016/17 I think at Narcoossees and it simply wasn’t worth anything like what they were charging with the tip alone coming to a meal cost at Outback! I vowed never again!
2018 we did quite a few, and the best meal we had was Rainforest Cafe in AK- I couldn’t believe it! Best meal I had summer 2019 was Hard Rock Cafe at Universal, and best meal we had Xmas 2019 was Wave. We also liked Top of the World Lounge as the food is actually quite decent value for money there and not bad at all (limited lounge menu).
Then again we have simple tastes and are from Yorkshire so value for money counts toward the enjoyment factor.

I always end up at Rainforest when I go over there, it's a great vibe and good food

I’ve never been in rainforest cafe at AK in all our trips! Is it better than the one at DS or same? Fave for me in Disney is Le Cellier and in universal I love the pizza place near the hulk ride! Also like the leaky couldron for breakfast for for the theming. Outside the parks we love homecoming at DS and Bubba Gump on City Walk for food and theming again!

Universal - fave QS is Louies in universal. Fave TS is antojitos on city walk.
Disney - Garden Grill breakfast is my absolute fave - i dream of that sticky bun! For nostalgia regions 50s prime time is also one of my favourites.

Our best park restaurant has to be La Hacienda De San Angel in Epcot: we've had great meals every time we've dined there. It's usually quiet and the views across the lagoon are lovely (although I'm not sure how the 'Harmonius' barges will impact that view!).
Out of the parks but still on Disney property, we've had fantastic food at Yachtsman Steakhouse and Boma.
Completely non-Disney: Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers (Vineland Avenue, just off I-Drive) is the best fast food we've ever encountered! Really delicious
