We pre booked a breakfast reservation at 180 days and have picked up another during our stay, just checked the app and an 0810 was available, so do keep checking

You don't have to but you will skip the queue for the ordering kiosks and go straight to the pay counter. Can save a lot of time depending how long that line is.
Can't remember off the top of my head, but you don't have to do it that far in advance either. So you don't have to pick the food six months before or anything like that. |
