Recommendations please.

We are going to Disney World in August this year and we always do QSDP. We have done character meals but this year have decided we would like to do a table service restaurant but only one so we want it to be something a bit more interesting. We don't really enjoy buffets so would prefer to avoid those, there are two children 12 and 4 so dont really want to do a signature meal either. I need to pick tomorrow and feeling the pressure now

Thanks!

We loved Teppan Edo. Had a great chef who was fun and really engaged with the kids on the table, who thought the smoking onions to be nothing short of amazing.

Thank you, we have actually been looking at that one! Just not sure if the food will be ok for my 4 year old but I'm going to take another look at the menu

What about the Garden Grill? I know it's a character meal but it's not a buffet & is served family style so might be nice?

And don't skip a signature- Cali grill brunch is a good one and you can go back inthe evening to watch the fireworks from their platform ! Or both citricos and yachtsman have good children's menus if you already dinner and then you don't miss out on the great food. There's photos from all the above in my trip reports.
If you can cope with one buffet then I would recommend Tuskar house for breakfast at AK, you'll get to see Mickey and Donald etc and Crystal Palace at MK for pooh bear and friends- the food is very Good at both
Have fun it's ADR day for me tomorrow too

Thank you, I will have a look at all those. This trip is going to be a budget one so signature is off the list for that reason too but I will absolutely be doing yachtsman next time, I need the steak 😂

Hope you get all the ADR’s you want tomorrow 😊

It's brought out to your table family style, you get some nice fruit, the usual breakfast goodies & a huge sticky bun, plus tea/coffee/juice and they bring more when you want it. Ohana is the same!

We're doing both in August haha

Yak & Yeti is one of our favourites. Also Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner.

That sounds good and will have the characters for my son. I've been tempted on Ohana but heard mixed reports so that put me off a bit.

I just need to decide lol!
