Esta problems

I completed our group esta online this morning and paid for it using my visa card. I got the confirmation page at the end with the group id on etc and printed it out but never received a confirmation by email. I just tried to log on and it said the group ID wasn't recognised and now the account has been locked!
Has anyone else experienced this please? What do I do?!

I never received a conformitaion email for my group application this time either. Have you entered your details including middle name when trying to log in again? I forgot and couldn’t get into mine until I realised that I’d forgotten to do it. Hope you get it sorted soon!

You don’t ever get a confirmation by email. Recheck the group ID and when inputting be sure that the letter I and the number 1 are not transposed also letter O and number 0

You can also check individual ESTAs from the group payment by searching by each individual passport number and name.

Just retrieve them individually. The website will ask for name and passport number and retrieve the request that way. You would need to do each one individually to check status.

This happened to our friends and they just retrieved them individually!

You can click on them individually even with the account locked I think it's a glitch!

It was the right site, $14 each! It was done via the link BA provides
