We have booked for April. Staying on the beach for a few days & villa for 8 nights in Orlando. If we lose our deposit I’m fine with that and will just see how things develop until the balance is due in March.

Not May but we've rescheduled with tui for June 2021. It feels a bit early for me but, my sil has paid a substantial amount out for the deposit and doesn't want to lose it and the reschedule had to be done within 12 months. I'm expecting some restrictions will be in place but guess I'm going to have to suck it up for the greater good of family peace! 🤣 Mind you who knows what will happen in a year and others have said if things remain the same as now, we've got more to worry about then a holiday! Keeping my positive hat firmly on.

The truth is I dont know.
Our hope is to travel to the US several times in 2021, however, wont be booking anything until much closer to the time. This will only happen when we feel happy to go (and get home if there is a problem). And If insurance is sorted out. Alternatives I have been looking at are European trips. And will be booking last minute as I dont want to get into this refund debacle again. Which is a big change for us as we normally book early when the flights come out or within a first week to two after. So for me it is a waiting game. Edited at 10:40 AM. |

I think it will all be back to normal a lot quicker than people think.

we're booked for October this year. Im going to push it back until Oct/Nov 2021. I know its going to busier so I'm booking 11 nights instead of 9. If things aren't back to a sort of normal by Oct 2021 I think we will have bigger issues to deal with!

I hope so but I'm not confident enough to book just yet. Our backup date is Oct/Nov but I don't think we will be booking so far in advance this time unless things become much clearer (I suppose this would happen if one of the vaccines being worked on was ready to be administered)

Another aiming for May 2021, you've got to hope that some restrictions will have been reduced & it will be a semblance of a holiday
