I have a discount code for Staysure, I'm not sure if it's still valid as i got it from work last night, it saves 15% off the base premium (not the medical screening costs) so it might be worth a try. I know i work for them but I honestly believe it's a good product provided you are totally up front with them and read the policy documents fully when they are sent to you to make sure it meets your needs. Both my children have medical conditions and i had cover with Staysure before i worked there, but now i get it free so it's even better lol

I have Crohn's too. Always got many hospital admissions to declare. The Crohns and Colitis society has some recommendations. We use Chubb through my wife's work.

With the huge variations in costs for travel insurance I think it's a case of you only know how good an insurance company is when/ if you need to make a claim.

Also take into consideration who the emergency assistance company are, for example some use Mayday some use special assist, they are the ones who will initially approve or decline emergency treatment. Make sure they have good reviews as well.

I used Explorer, as they quoted £170 for my conditions where others were wanting £300 upwards!

They also have 20% cashback at topcashback

Hi My wife has Crohns and we have used these different companies for the last 3 years:
medicaltravelinsurance.co.uk
columbus
southdowns
Prices vary greatly each year so i always shop around. The advice about all being on one policy is good advise a friend had a different policy to his wife to save a few quid but they wouldn't pay the cost of him having to stay longer or a new flight home as it wasn't him that needed it.
