Off-site Disney partner hotel, early entry

Hi. I’m staying at an offsite hotel that qualifies for early entry. Do I need to link this to MDE? I booked with Virgin holidays. My tickets are separate (booked elsewhere and already linked).
I’m thinking I might need to link my hotel in order to get the early entry? If so, anyone know how to do this, I tried my Virgin holidays booking reference and it doesn’t work.

Contact the hotel, they can usually give you the right number for MDE.

Is your hotel definitely listed on Disney's 'Other Great Hotels'?

Thanks, it’s the Hilton Bonnet Creek, signia it’s now called, and it is definitely on the list.

I was able to load our Hilton LBV booking, booked direct with the hotel, onto MDE. I've had some 'perks' associated with a Disney stay already like being able to do dining reservations for the whole stay at the same time. I'm certain it's about the hotel, not who you booked with.

Same goes for Dolphin, that we booked with Travel Republic. I had to get the right reference number directly from the hotel, Once I had it, it was straight onto MDE.

We have the same issue and I just read you show room key to get early entry
I ll message the hotel though I think just in case

It’s not very clear what to do! I can’t remember what the Hilton room keys look like but given the number of Hilton hotels in Orlando, I feel safer with it linked up.
