Has anyone got any experience of this ship? There are some good offers for August 2018 out of Venice. We've got some future cruise deposits to use and I'm tempted to book. We enjoyed Epic and Jade, but I'm aware this ship is a few years older than Jade. Thanks

I can't help with the ship but where are you seeing good deals for the cruise? I've just looked on NCL.co.uk and they seem expensive to me for a 7 day cruise.

I may be wrong but is the star the ship that limped into a port in Oz recently?

They are coming out at just over �2400 for 2 adults/2 kids at end of August with drinks package (no flights) for 7 nights. Whilst not a bargain (like the one lots of us had last year on the Epic at Easter) the itineraries good and it's much cheaper than other offerings that don't include drinks package. I think you're right re engine problems - hopefully with 18 months to go they can sort it out!
