Disney Express - Indirect train

Hi all,

I've done a search but couldn't find an answer so apologies if this is repetitive!

We have an indirect Eurostar booked for next Wednesday and have Sequoia Lodge booked through Expedia. I wanted to purchase Disney Express as we arrive around 12pm and want to head straight to the parks.

Can I call up and pay for this in advance even though we are on an indirect train as well as booking our hotel not through the DLP website?

I've previously stored our bags in lockers at the station before but don't fancy doing that again to be honest...

No. You can only book the Disney Express in advance if you have purchased your accommodation through Disney (or a Travel Agent acting on Disney's behalf).

You can however simply go upstairs when you arrive at the train station and pay for the service, either single or return, when you hand them your bags. (Just make sure you queue to the right hand side) They will take your money and ensure that your bags get to the right hotel.
