Convert quick service to snacks?

Just tried to do it at akl and was told they couldn't do it. Did they get it wrong or have I got it wrong?

I thought it was one quick service to three snacks

That is what I thought too. Unless there has been a recent change, hopefully Loves2Plan or another knowledgable Dibber will know and get back to you soon.

They're wrong. You may find it's on 2 snacks you get but you can exchange them.

You need to purchase 3 snacks at the time of the transaction.

If the CM does know then ask for a supervisor

I stayed at AKL in May and swapped 1 QS for 3 snacks on quite a few occasions with absolutely no issues.

Maybe speak to another CM?

In the Circus Tent at MK, only the CMs in the center at the food counter, knew how to convert.

The CMs at the tills on the outside were clueless

Yes you can do it, some CMs seem to not know this though so ask to have someone else serve you if it happens again.

You could do it in February. I did it lots of times. One QS for a banana, and apple and a fruit cup.
