Recommended Restaurants (on plan) for MK and Epcot

Hi,
My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) are going to Disney World this August and I have already booked several restaurants with character meets but just wondering what people recommended for Epcot and Magic Kingdom for other meals that they feel are good?
Also, I have booked the Pirate & Pals Voyage as got an 8 year old; has anyone been on this...is it good?

Pirates and Pals is awesome. One of the best things we’ve ever done...loved by the whole family including the hard to please 18yo!

Restaurants in M.K in my opinion aren’t great. I’d look to the monorail resorts instead - Ohana at the Poly, 1900 Park Fare at GF and California Grill at contemporary are all excellent.

Hi, I’d recommend Teppan Edo and Coral Reef in Epcot 😊.

Another positive for Pirates and Pals - we did it August 2016, really enjoyed it.

Also second Teppan Edo in Epcot Japan - to be honest, Kobe off site is as good (better?) for food, better value too for out of pocket dining, but since you're on the plan, that's not an issue.

We always have a meal at Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. Epcot we like Le Cellier, and the Moroccan restaurant ( sorry - can’t remember the name).

MK we love Crystal Palace and EPCOT Teppan Edo
