I’m here and my total is running as follows-
£480pp VA flights and board for 2 weeks at Liki Tiki Village by Diamond Resorts. Cant recommend enough. Two adults and two kids aged 2 and 3. £240 resort fees upon arrival which were not clearly listed upon booking! No car hire as resort has free shuttle - used Uber a lot, too. Still been cheaper than having a car and hasn’t been a problem at all, but having a car would be easier. £40 for 2 weeks car parking at Manchester Airport. ESTA 40ish? Passes - £375 each. Youngest didn’t need one, although my son wasn’t even looked at, either. Insurance £100 - this is higher as I’ve had pancreatic cancer so had to go through boots screening. Spent around £950 inc. Uber - have 4 days left and suspect I will do my souvenir shopping then, but won’t be going wild as we return in May. Spent a little extra as my 2 year old daughter turned three whilst we were here so I bought presents from Target but got absolute bargains! My Generation doll for $7.50 - they’re around £30 at home? Call it £1150. Total so far has been £80pppd with everything included. Happy with that!

14 nights on site in POFQ for 2a2c (11yr old classed as adult).
In May, including half term. Direct flights LGW -MCO with VA economy 4 X adult QSDP 14 day WDW ultimate park tickets Includes 300 USD gift cards 4 X ESTAs Airport parking at LGW Insurance £115ppn - this is all in as we are not anticipating spending anything over the gift cards (will probably opt out of mouse keeping for bit extra spending money) and all food, transport and entertainment are included (apart from petrol getting to airport and back!) Felt like this was a not bad price when I saw the total, but working it out at ppn rate makes me gulp! Will just have to make sure we really, really enjoy it - won't be too much of a challenge 😉

so heres mine 17 nights in total
2 adults and 13 year old that is an adult in disneys eyes 20 October to 6 November Premier inn with meal deal at Gatwick for 20 Oct £125 BA flight Gatwick to Tampa economy going out premium economy back and seat selection £1971 One night all star Music £119 Hire car Tampa to All star music £73 CBR 22 Oct for 9 nights standard room including DDP and tickets $100 gift card £4454 Hard Rock Hotel Club Room 31 Oct 4 nights £1277 Universal season pass for 3 £624 Hire car US to Tampa £160 Hotel in Tampa for one night on the 4th £130 total £7656 pppn £150 some things there I haven't got yet such as the Annual Passes or a few hotel bookings but that's what I've researched. we have yearly travel insurance. For spending money we save from trip to trip. We collect 2euro coins and that's our spending money. We usually save around 2000euroish sometimes more and then add money to our card if need be. 2 tickets to MNSSHP will be coming out of that money as will Keys to the Kingdom tour for me. to be added onto this price is my husbands flight to Detroit and hotel while there to see the Red Wings. But we cant plan this until the hockey schedule is out in June we currently live in Cyprus but not 100% sure we still will be in October if we were that will add around £800 for the flights to London I haven't included dog kennels in this either

2 adults - no judgement, this is our honeymoon and we have had to cancel 3 previous honeymoons due to my husbands heart attack, my redundancy and some other unforeseen circumstances! We also have sacrificed a lot for this trip and don’t eat out, don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do anything so every penny of or non Bill money is going into this. We also have 2 trips booked, priced separately...
April/May 2020 - 27 nights 1 night Sofitel Gatwick suite (inc club access) £248 27 nights Gatwick airport parking £84.31 Virgin package: UC return flights 7 nights CBR with DxDDP $300 Disney gift card 14 day Disney tickets 16 nights LBV Village Resort & Spa 16 day car hire All above £10,833.61 Discovery Cove Ultimate tickets £360 Discovery Cove elite cabana £416.32 X2 Universal Premier Pass £1208.20 X1 annual Universal photo pass $129.99 Dine with Shamu £46 Daytona Richard Petty driving experience £548.63 Cirque Du Soleil tickets £277.39 Kenny Chesney concert tickets £958.88 Kennedy Space Centre tickets £81.48 3 night Disney cruise (Bahamas) £1630.76 1 day care hire to get from cruise terminal to airport (inc in Virgin package price) Spending money - £5500 Holiday insurance (many medical conditions declared and covered) £668.16 Grand total - £22,865.80 Which works out at £423.45pppn. OMG September 2020 trip BA package Economy flights from NCL to MCO and 10 nights at Endless Summer Dockside - £1579 Discovery Cove £320.01 Discovery Cove trainer for the day roughly £347 (at today exchange rate - not booked yet) X2 1 day Epcot tickets £178.84 (at today’s exchange rate - not booked yet) £2000 spends (max, we intend to bring back spends from April trip so this may be lower) Already have Universal passes so no cost there and will get a free HHN night ticket! Total - £4424.85 A more reasonable £221.24pppn Edited at 03:18 PM. |
