I'm so excited to hear you're going back next year. I loved your last trip report so am looking forward to following this one.
We are going 16th October to 5th November 2015 so similar times to you.

Our Plans, Version Three

So, after finding out our cruise was cancelled and re-booking the 4-night cruise instead, we were all still a bit concerned with the additional cost of this but not doing the cruise wasn’t really an option.

Mum and Danielle were talking one day and came up with the idea of not staying at Cabana Bay and Mum and Dad using their points to book a 2-bed for us, Ryan, Bethany and Piper and Mum and Dad, so we could put the money we would have spent there on the cruise. (Dan and Dave are still staying at Universal.)

Instead of Cabana Bay, we will now be staying here:







Kidani Villas where we stayed in 2010 for 5 nights. We will have a 2-bed and there is the added bonus at this resort of the 2-beds having three full bathrooms. A few photos of the villa from our 2010 trip (excuse the mess!)













(This time we will do what we didn’t do last time and see how many of us can fit in the master shower as it is HUGE! )

So, our new plans are:

12 nights at OKW



3 nights at Kidani Villas



4 night cruise



Flying home day TBC when the flights are released.


And they are our current plans and flight dependent, will not be changing…….unless flying on the Saturday is cheaper than the Sunday which will make me want to add an extra day at the start!

I hope they stay the same too. The only change I would be ok with is flying a day earlier and/or a day later!

AKV is really nice. The dark wood makes the rooms seem quite dark but they are beautiful and really big.xx

Yes it was our first deluxe Mum and Dad have really spoiled us by having DVC. They have made me want to buy into DVC so much! x
