BA system error?

Sorry if this has been posted before, but when I go to 'manage my booking' with BA ali get is a new itinerary of my flights but nothing else- no balance, no car hire details, no check seats etc.
We're not due to go until end of July, but wanting to check when our balance is due to be paid to check how it ties in with accommodation bookings we have and their cancellation dates, if that makes sense.
Anyone else had this problem?

Mine is ok on the app. Have to go into manage booking to see the hotels and balance details.

Our balance due 20 June for 25 July trip.

I've had it a couple of times.. the BA 'manage booking' section isn't great with it's coding so can tend to forget either the entire booking or parts of it until you logout, close browser and start again.. at least that's always what fixed it for me.

It will fix itself, don't get worried about it.

Thanksgiving. I use the website on my iPad and was checking it quite a lot before all the travel restrictions just to check on the usual flight changes with the American Airlines around this time. It just seemed to happen literally as I was on the site, and put it down to all the Corona chaos and a BA glitch but it's been a couple of weeks now. Will try logging out again, cheers.

Hi Scottish mama, BA confirmed that all balances at the moment are now due 3 weeks prior to travel. The date won’t be changed on your booking but they are not actively pursuing balances until that point with no detriment to your booking.
