You should come on the Thames next year with hubby and we can have a Thames River Dibb meet up

Because I'm now retired I hope to spend a lot of time pottering around on the boat next year while my wife is working
I'm definitely up for a Thames Dibb meet, in our Disney Up! themed boat! As long as hubby has a crew mate and I can just chill with coffee, we have a bean to cup machine on the boat, so I'll get the Costa beans in! I'm a little scared about taking the boat onto a river!

13 boat holidays I think you should be buying a boat as well

My wife keeps giving me jobs around the house so I have no choice but to buy a boat to escape from her

I have literally just looked at boats and how much to berth them at the one of the marinas close to me.
Would definately consider it when we retire.

The boat brokers I called all said how crazy busy it's been this year with people buying boats due to the pandemic and used boat prices had increased or owners weren't taking offers. I reckon give it a year or two and there will be lots of used boats for sale when we are through the pandemic, so you may end up with a good bargain

No you don’t need a licence when you are in a marina.

Ohh seems your right something to do with if your Marina is classified as “private water”x

Our Marina does not require a licence, but looks like some do.
