Does anyone have problems with sky internet? (Mainly on i phone)

Returned to sky after getting a great deal. Sky q box was installed on Sunday, I love it, and forgotten how good Atlantic is. Plus all the box sets and sky go, all was going great.
Internet installed today, all seemed good, the laptops are fine, not slow and I cant tell any difference between virgin.
However, the phone apps just dont work, dd uses snap chat all the time, and I have facebook.
I called, and and currently texting someone, so far I have deleted and re installed. but now I cant sign into facebook as its saying I have no internet connection, although I can use safari.
she has checked the speed, which is fine, and the phone speed, which is 27. now been asked to move router, but its connected to the box, so cant move it too much.
Also, when i search for twitter and Facebook on the laptop, it cant open the page, dd has said the same about her websites.
Just wondered if anyone else had these teething problems?

ETA all sorted, after running tests and all sorts, it was because the shield was up! Sky service was great, and glad I dont have to defer back to virgin.
