Bed bugs can (and have been) at every Disney resort (and any hotel) at some point or other so really not specific to cbr. Someone was saying on here a few weeks ago that they had them at por.

I would imagine that due to there being so much bedding laundry from the Disney resorts its inevitable that things would get spread about a bit. the inclement weather would further help this. I would not think it likely to be solely connected to the construction works

Some facts for you -
I booked my holiday June 2016
I had details of date, time call started, time call finished, who I spoke to and what was said when I phoned February 2017 when I was offered and accepted the $75 pn room credit
I got a magical incident number which appeared on all my invoices including my final invoice
At checkin if you do not get offered both by cm ask to speak to Manager
If you have no success just asking the manager for it at check in don't bother waisting anymore of your time state you are not happy and not prepared to accept what he says
Go to your room and send your email

For those in the £50 discount you may be better waiting to see how papamouse gets on as well.

Meant to say I had no other contact with Disney other than the phone call in February until we arrived.

yeap the old bed bugs...

they are everywhere but not generally a problem for humans unless a particularly bad infestation - and Disney are better than just about every other company at dealing with it.

We saw no sign of bed bugs when we were there however when I sleep I'm oo top of the covers with nothing on but the AirCon and all my bits hanging everywhere that would be enough to scare any bugs out of room. Even the wife sometimes.
