At no time have we had anything from disney not even a sorry for nearly ruining our holiday. Thanks to all the lovely dibbers on this site for recommending POR can't wait till tomorrow.

For everyone who's there, not sure if it would help but when they refuse the double bubble and tell you to contact ABTA, I would do that right away & CC the higher ups plus add the proof of PM and Orlandofan that they got double bubble and see if this makes them jump...

Phoned them up today, conversation went much like this.
Me "I should have received $500 in total but only got $300, can you help please"
CM "it says here $100 and additional $200"
Me "I was told I would get two $200 so in total $500 on the 4th march and it's on two invoices that say 2 next to it, one from that day and one from when I paid in full in May"
CM "this will need to be investigated by our team, we will have to listen to the phone call, but they're not open til Monday, they will contact you on Wednesday or Thursday with their decision"


Surely there's no "decision" if I have it in black and white?
