Clearwater for 3 nights

Hi. We are spending our last 3 nights in Clearwater at the sandpearl before flying home from Tampa.
The plan is to go to Busch Gardens from Orlando and then after Busch gardens drive to Clearwater to check in to our hotel. We will then have 2 full days in Clearwater. We want to go on little toot for the dolphins and obviously the beach and I believe the aquarium is worth a visit.
Any other things that are worth doing while we are there? And any recommended restaurants?

We enjoy Palm Pavilion. Restaurant on the beach. Great menu, often some live music and a lovely place to watch the Sunset

We are also staying at the Sandpearl for the last 3 days of our holiday before heading to Tampa airport.😁
We have been on the Little Toot which was great.
If you are hitting all of the Disney parks you may just want to chill but if not you can rent a Jet ski, go parasailing or the Banana Boats. When we were last there we enjoyed watching the entertainers on and around Pier 60.
This year we will take a couple of fishing rods and fish from the Pier. There is a free trolly bus that travels along the beach, possibly to St Pete's but not totally sure. I am just looking forward to sitting at the Tikki Bar with a Cocktail. X

We like the shanty cafe for breakfast ( the one across from Hilton)
Lunch the bait house at the bottom of the marina.
Tea Gondalier ( down near shepherds) or Clear sky cafe which is next to the Sandpearl.
The brown boxer and the others along the same road across from the Sandpearl, I�ve never found them to be any good.
