Which T1 lounge?

We are flying from T1 in April and I was thinking of booking a lounge as a surprise for DH. Today I received a discount code from Manchester Airport for either Escape or 103 lounge. Has anyone been to either and would recommend?

Having looked at recent reviews on Escape on TripAdvisor, I’m a bit disappointed with the food. I'm tempted with 103 lounge even though it costs a bit more, as it looks lovely on the pictures, but only if its worth the difference in price (plus its 2 hour max). We would be there over lunchtime 11-1pm. Any opinions appreciated.

We’re also thinking of booking one of those in June. 103 looks better, but it’s a bit disappointing you only get 2 hours when you get 3 with Escape, and I always get to the airport very early to the annoyance of my husband😆
