Some of you may remember we lost our beautiful 12 year old Staffie, Saffie a few weeks ago. We always knew we would get another pooch but wasn’t planning on getting one quite so soon! My friend is the rehoming manager at Battersea, and messaged me a few days after we lost Saffie to say they had a beautiful 6 month old rescue Staffie/Lab cross in, and were we interested? We had a chat and thought about it, and arranged to at least go down and see her, and see what she was like. Well, she took to us immediately and we were smitten, so she came home with us on Tuesday morning!

Meet Daisy, who is utterly mental, barks at everything, flops down where ever she feels like it and is a complete & utter diva, has everyone wrapped round her massive paws! I’d forgotten what hard work puppies were 😂😂

How lovely, looks like shes made herself at home!
We got a puppy few months ago and yes its a shock as to how much work they are, as we have always taken on older dogs before.
She is absolutely beautiful, x

Exactly that! We were discussing dog names ages ago and I said I wanted a Disney name, and when my friend contacted me to say she was available, and her name was Daisy, I knew it was meant to be!

She really has, nothing can replace our old Saffie, but the house just felt so empty without a dog, coming home from work and not being greeted was making me so miserable, I knew it wouldn't be long! She's lovely but completely mad!

Yes! So different to an older dog we rescued Saffie at 9 months, so whilst she was a puppy, she was badly mistreated so was never that lively, and as an adult dog she was very chilled so it's an eye opener! But she is so much fun and getting us all out of the house a bit more!
