What a lovely meal Sue. However I have to say I dont like olives. Millet is an interesting grain to cook with - I make millet and cheese rissoles (sound awful ,but are delice) and also use it for veggie bakes.

Thanks for the encouraging comments fellow foodies!
 I've got some more in the pipeline but need Paul to help me finish off and transfer them. Chefs de France, Cafe D'Antonio and Yachtsman's Steakhouse will be up next. Dawn - Jiko wasn't noisy at all. On our first visit we sat near the front of the room and it was more hectic, which was why I asked to be seated towards the back this time. It did seem more mellow back there. Shelly - I got some decorative eggs and an elephant (sadly Paul recently broke his trunk off in a rare dusting/smashed on the fireplace incident  )Mags - Got the recipe for the rissoles?

Why do I always read these foodie reports when i am hungry? !
Everything sounds great and is a good insight for me as I too am a vegetarian - looking forward to eating in all the restaurants even more now! |
