We went twice 25 odd years ago. DH loved it but DS and DD (about 13 and 8 at the time) and myself hated it. It was hot, boring and there were wasps swarming around every waste bin! The bus tour seem to take forever, stopping to look at gantries way in the distance and you really needed binoculars in orderto see anything.

The second time we persuaded the children to go by going to a place they could dress as astronauts and go in machines to experience weightlessness - biggest waste of money on Gods Earth.

I'm sure it's much better now but I'm never going to see if it is.

Well we loved it to be honest, kids were 12 and 14 ish and we all had an amazing day, saying that we havent been back since, but that is only because we've found other things to do and I'm thinking the wow factor wouldnt be the same 2nd time round.
