Chip and Dale Campfire Singalong. Worth going?

Just wondering if this is any good!? I'm thinking of Trails End for dinner followed by this but not sure about either. My daughters liked meeting Chip and Dale last time in the parks. They will be 10 and 8.

My girls really enjoyed it, as did me and DH. We were staying at FW so went twice. We enjoyed making s'mores too. Girls were 8 and 5. Lovely atmosphere. Chip and Dale come round for photos but won't sign autographs there. xx

It was the highlight of our last trip.

Saying that, it's a casual laid back event so you have to go with that expectation.

We met chip n dale, bought some sticks and s'more kits and toasted marshmallows.
Then chip n dale came back out and a country singer came on and there was dancing.
After they left they out a film on the outdoor screen

All very chilled but we really enjoyed it

We went this year, kids age 10 and 6 - they really enjoyed it as a "night off" - much more relaxing than an evening in the parks. We arrived a bit early and they got out a "throw the horseshoe" game for the kids. Then they lit the fire and we bought a s'mores kit (one between us was more than enough) - the chocolate was foul but we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows and making s'mores. Then a guy played some tunes on a guitar, chip and Dale danced beside him, lots of audience participation, then they came out in the audience for photos. Kids could dance along with chip and dale for the last song. Then you could watch an outdoor Disney movie on the big screen but we headed off as had an early start. It was good fun if you've got a night spare. Don't underestimate the size of fort wilderness though - we had to get a bus from the car park to the campfire.

Thanks for the views. Can I ask what time does it start and is it every night?

In August it was every night. They opened the chuck wagon shop and lit the campfire at 7.30 so you could have your fill of s'mores then the singalong started 8pm. Not sure if it changes as the sunset times change - You'll get the times from Disney website.

We've done it and liked it. It is usually 8pm singing but agree get there early for a seat. You can buy smores kits with marshmallows/sticks at the chuck wagon. There is a cowboy singer and they do dances like hokey cokey.
