MNSSHP: What time can you enter in costume?

Trying to sort out plans for our visit to MNSSHP. We're planning to dress up, but would like to avoid having to put costumes in lockers and get changed in the park, so would like to know what time we'll be allowed to enter the MK already dressed up. Is it from 4pm when party guests are officially allowed in? Or is it earlier or later than that? The information online isn't clear.

Yes you can enter at 4pm in costume

You can enter from 4pm for the party but if you have a day pass then they won't be too precious about costumes before this, as long as it's not at 9:00am

Last year DVC owners could enter from 2pm so if they do that again there will basically be guests in fancy dress from then
