i slice the leftover turkey (or whatever joint it is on sundays) then bag them up into portions for the freezer. then any leftover meat gets shredded and/or pulled off the bone with a fork and put in a separate bag. this stuff gets used in curries and other random dishes.
to reheat the sliced meat, i make everything else (roast veg/etc) then warm the meat up in whatever gravy i've made |
