Hi
Depending on how risk averse you are the top-up insurance covers things with DFCH that other brokers cover in the quote.
DFCH T&Cs “ In common with most car rental companies, the insurance cover included in the contract price does not cover

damage to or theft of tyres (including punctures), wheels, windscreens, the interior of the vehicle, contents of the car in the event of theft, undercarriage, roof damage (if roof rack is fitted), wing mirrors

and coded keys (whether lost or locked in vehicle).“
Highlighted the area’s that are covered by other brokers.

Top Up Insurance (optional)
The price we quote includes all of the required insurance so when you arrive at the collection location there are no other fee's to pay unless it's made very clear.

The rental companies do not cover damage to the tyres or windscreen as standard. We are able to offer you an optional extra insurance to cover these eventualities so you have total peace of mind.

Top-up your Zero Excess offer from your car rental supplier!

Covers the parts of the car within the Vehicle Rental Agreement that are usually excluded:
- Covers physical damage to windscreens and tyres
- Cover up to £1,000 for a series of incidents during any single Vehicle Rental Agreement
- Covers towing costs relating to the loss or damage

Covers you in case of Lock-Out from your rental vehicle:
- Cover for up to a maximum of £150 for a call-out service to come open the vehicle

Covers your Rental Vehicle Keys
- Cover for up to a maximum of £300 for replacing a lost or stolen rental vehicle key, including replacement locks and locksmith charges

£2.50 per day

Another fan of Andy’s service. We had a booking for Xmas, Andy emailed to say the balance money could be delayed then emailed closer to the time asking if we needed to cancel which unfortunately we did.

Book Andy with utmost confidence.

Booked with DFCH this year for first time. Usually use Alamo Brits or AVIS when flying with BA.
Have a booking with Brits but after reading the thread on the EP issue booked with Andy at roughly same price as Brits 👍
Can I still use OLCI and skip the counter with Alamo though?

As Mary A says it's a 10 minute job with Andy. He will send you the OLCI link when you book.

Dave

Genuinely hope you do.

April will be our first time into TPA - if it happens
