So we're just back, highs and lows x

Well what a week, a very long trip to get there followed by 5 days of walking and eating and rides and pictures and so on...

so our highs are very simple really, but sadly not many x

food, just lovely, I am pleased we paid for the dining plan, worked out it didnt really save us a lot money wise but we ate at places I probably wouldnt have tried otherwise, loved Walts and The steakhouse x

the parks The kids loved them, and were very impressed that they were so similar to Florida, I dont know what we expected but it was definately better then I thought it would be,

toilet stops driving from calais seemed like such a long way and with 4 kids the need to stop became urgent a couple of times, thankfully the picnic/toilets laybys are frequent and saved the day x

Character interaction altho we didnt see many and the queues were silly for the ones we did find, the ones we got to were brilliant, so freindly with the kids and really did make them feel special x

glowtini loved it!

castmembers we didnt meet a single misery, they were all smiley and polite and nothing like I've heard at all x

Now for the lows

rude people and smoking, my 5yr old got backpacked to the face more than once and we all walked dangerously close to burning end of cigerettes on several occasions,

rain the weather was awful, cold and rainy every day but 1, I am fed up of feeling damp it put a spoiler on a coupe of days and ruined dreams for us as the kids didnt want to stay waiting in the wet so we missed it, we had great a spot too,

lack of photopass opportunities we paid for photopass but to be honest for us it was a waste of money, we hardly used it, we only got 1 meet and greet with a photographer and only 4 ride pictures each,

would we go again, definately and to be honest I think the kids preferred it over florida, we would pick a different time of year tho the queues were too much and we missed lots x
