Just back from Disney's Old Key West

Just got back from 2 weeks at Old Key West... absolutely fabulous

Stayed in Millers Road in a 1 bed villa.

Anyone got any questions/queries, please ask and I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge

Also, on the DDP, we ate at Trex, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Hoop-Dee-Doo, Liberty Tree Tavern and Whispering Canyon Cafe, Sci-Fi Diner and Olivia's.

We are booked for our first stay at OKW in December, and are really excited!

Was it warm enough to swim in the pools?

How was Olivia's? We are thinking of eating there on our first night - do you think we would need to make an ADR?

Thanks

Claire

Thanks guys, it was the most perfect holiday, the weather was exceptionally good to us, it the late seventies most days, hitting eighty on occasion.

Hi Claire

The pools were definitely warm enough, the kids really enjoyed the main pool, they said the slide was 'awesome', the pool parties were great, me and DH just chilled on the loungers whilst the kids were thoroughly entertained.

We only ate breakfast at Olivia's which was great, we did have to book a table though, was surprisingly busy - a great favourite for Americans who stay there repeatedly.

Everyone was so nice, the CM's and the other guests - made a few friends we shall keep in touch with.

I would make the adr's if you know your plans, but we managed to book a table for Olivia's the day before. Saw several smaller groups (there were 5 of us) walk up a get a table straight away.

Welcome home! We are staying at OKW in a 1 bed for our first ever WDW trip in October. We will have to eat at Olivia's because my eldest DD's name is Olivia.

I see you had a party of 5 (like us) did you find the 1 bed big enough?
